Welding
Certified welders with capabilities to weld similar and dis-similar metals. Welding processes include MIG, TIG, laser and stick welding.
CNC Milling & Turning
CNC Milling and Turning: With open air and enclosed mills, we can process most parts and assemblies up to 4,000 pounds. We can process in our lathes up to 38” diameter and 58” long with thru spindle up to 5.50” diameter.
Drilling & Tapping
Drilling and tapping: Manual and CNC drilling for tolerances held to ±.005 on manual and ±.001 on CNC.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication: Shearing up to ¼” carbon steel and aluminum and 7 gauge stainless. Our sheer bed of 144” allows us to process most stock size materials. Two precision brakes with 144” beds and CNC controlled back gauges.
Specialty Cutting
With on-site plasma cutting and off site water jet and fiber laser, we can process a wide range of materials to tight tolerances and shapes for final milling and welding.
Finishing
On site powder coating with a 6x6x8 oven and wet painting. Small jobs and large run jobs are able to be processed. We can also grind and polish stainless to medical grade finishes and offer Citric passivation.
Assembly & Kit Packaging
With open floor space, we can test assemble and ship complete most any size part. Palletized and crated per customer specifications.
Other Processes
We can hydrostatic test up to 15K psi. We can vacuum and positive air leak check. Test reports supplied at customer request. Assembly testing in our facility is allowed with prior approval and safety measures taken.
